Terms and Conditions

Section 1: Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of IGT Slots (the "Service" or the "App"). By accessing, installing, or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, please refrain from accessing the App.

Section 2: Eligibility

To use the Service, you must be at least eighteen (18) years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater. You represent and warrant that all registration information provided to us is accurate and complete.

Section 3: User Account

Upon installing and registering for the App, a user account will be created for you ("Account"). Your Account shall be used exclusively by you, and you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree not to share or transfer your Account with any other person.

Section 4: Use of Service

The Service is provided solely as an entertainment product, and no real-money gaming or wagering is permitted. The App may be used only in jurisdictions where such use is authorized by local law. By using the Service, you acknowledge that all game outcomes are determined by a certified random number generator (RNG) and are statistically fair.

Section 5: Limitations on Liability

We disclaim any liability for any damages or losses resulting from your use of the App or the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, equipment failure, or any other claims related to the Service. In no event shall our total aggregate liability exceed an amount equal to the fees paid by you for in-app purchases.

Section 6: Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights (including trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets) in the App, its software, graphics, sounds, and any other content provided through the Service are owned exclusively by us or our licensors. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit such proprietary materials without written permission from us.

Section 7: Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for any reason deemed sufficient by us. Upon termination of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the Service and destroy all copies of our software and associated materials in your possession.

Section 8: Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through binding arbitration, using a neutral third-party arbitrator as mutually agreed upon. The decision of such arbitrator(s) shall be final and binding.

Section 9: Amendments

We reserve the right to modify or update any provision within this Agreement at our sole discretion without prior notice. Your continued use of the App following any changes constitutes your acceptance of those modifications.

Section 10: Severability

If any provision in these Terms and Conditions is deemed invalid, unenforceable, or contrary to applicable law, such provision shall be struck down while the remaining provisions shall remain enforceable as written.

Section 11: Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute our entire agreement regarding your use of the App and supersede all prior understandings, agreements, promises, or representations made by either party. Any modifications or addenda must be in writing to be effective.

Confirmation

By continuing to access or use the App after reading these terms, you confirm that you are at least eighteen (18) years old and have read, understood, and accepted this Agreement as your binding obligations with respect to IGT Slots Terms and Conditions.
